This is where you will rethink your prejudgement on vegetarianism. What kind of diet is it? Does it have any benefits? Where does meat come from? Do you know the journey an animal has to go through for it to be on your plate?

The goal of this diet is not to eat any flesh of all living things or slaughterhouse by-products, which for example include gelatine or animal fat.

WHY I TURNED VEGETARIAN


I grew up with animals and have loved them all my life. About one year ago I started to realize through videos and pictures on the internet, that caring about animals and finding them cute, is not actually loving animals, if you really care about them, you should have the decency to stop eating them.
